The strategy will focus on developing <br />programs for targeted populations and communities Including pro- Identified Employment Zones. The <br />Employment Zones will be regional and defined by the location of economic activity, such as labor <br />sheds, commute patterns, Industry clusters and sectors, Once the strategy is completed, Santa Ana <br />will Implement the regional plan.
