Contractor to provide payment bond(s) in an amount deemed the by Project <br />Representatives as sufficient to guarantee the Contractor's faithful performance of contract <br />obligations, including those required for warranties and any performed post-construction, <br />Required Warranties <br />Contractor to warrant that materials and equipment furnished be new or good quality and <br />carry all available manufacturer's and installer's warranties and that construction be of good and <br />workmanlike quality in accordance with the terms of this Agreement for a period of three years <br />from completion of Project construction and the sign -off date on applicable CP'P(s). Any work <br />not conforming to these requirements shall be considered defective work. The construction <br />contract shall not limit the time that owner of improvements has to pursue any action for <br />defective work for a time period less than the applicable statute of limitations. <br />II. Operation and Maintenance <br />An O &M contractor(s) shall maintain and provide OCFCD and/or COSTA MESA, with proof of <br />insurance for coverage, at minimum, as set forth below; <br />Coverage /Limits <br />Coverage <br />Minimum Limits <br />Commercial General Liability with <br />products and completed operations and <br />contractual liability <br />$1,000,000 limit per occurrence <br />$1,000,000 aggregate <br />Automobile Liability including coverage <br />for owned, non -owned and hired vehicles <br />$1,000,000 limit per occurrence <br />Workers' Com ensation <br />Statutory <br />Employer's Liability Insurance <br />$1,000,000 limit per occurrence <br />Required Coverage Forms <br />The Commercial General Liability coverage shall be written on Insurance Services Office (ISO) <br />form CG 00 01, or a substitute form providing liability coverage at least as broad. <br />The Business Auto Liability coverage shall be written on ISO form CA 00 01, CA 00 05, <br />CA 00 12, CA 00 20, or a substitute form providing liability coverage as broad. <br />Ouaiifred Insurer <br />The policy or policies of insurance must be issued by an insurer licensed to do business in <br />The State of California (California Admitted Carrier) or have a minimum rating of A- <br />(Secure A.M.
