Task 3: Facilities Master Plan <br />The Consultants will design and develop a Facilities Master Plan which includes but is not limited to: <br />• Concept developmenUkey themes <br />• Animal exhibit plan/organizational theme <br />• Animal collection plan recommendations <br />• Botanical collection plan <br />• Education interpretive plan <br />• Visitor services and amenities <br />• Enhancements to landscaping and public pathways <br />• Facility support services <br />• Traffic, attendance & parking projections <br />• Visitor circulation plan <br />• Vehicular circulation plan <br />• Service and operations plan <br />• Proposed utilities upgrades <br />• Prioritization and phasing of projects <br />• Statement of probable costs, including escalation <br />• Illustrative materials for fundraising and marketing presentations <br />➢ Deliverables shall include a ten -year Facilities Master Plan which includes a cohesive conceptual design <br />of the facilities of the entire zoo, an actionable plan with informed cost estimates that outlines an <br />implementable schedule and a package of illustrative materials that represents key elements of the plan <br />in such media and format to be easily used for fundraising and marketing presentations. <br />City of 40A A &P 16 -131 <br />
