EXHIBIT A <br />Conditions for Approval <br />Site Plan Review No. 2016-04 is approved subject to compliance, to the reasonable <br />satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the California Building Standards <br />Code and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed belowrip for to <br />exercising the rights conferred by this site plan review approval. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the <br />life of the site plan review approval. Failure to comply with each and every condition may <br />result in the revocation of the site plan review approval. <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. All improvements to the project shall be consistent with the approvals <br />granted per Development Project No. 2016-25. <br />2. The final design and placement of the required bicycle parking spaces shall <br />be subject to review and approval by Planning and Building Agency staff <br />prior to issuance of Building permits. <br />3. Any amendment to this site plan review approval must be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for review.
