The following describes the general tasks we <br />anticipate under this contract: <br />Task 1 - Support to City for Design <br />Coordination <br />Kimley-Horn staff will attend design <br />coordination meetings with the City <br />(internally and externally) on an as -needed <br />basis. <br />Task 2 - Review of Supporting <br />Documentation <br />Kimley-Horn staff will review supporting <br />design documentation provided by design <br />team for consistency and compliance to City <br />standards. <br />Task 3 — Technical Reviews <br />Kimley-Horn will provide technical reviews of <br />project components as requested by the <br />City. This may involve the areas of work <br />described above. Reviews will typically <br />include technical information with proposed <br />solutions or direction with a brief summary <br />write-up. <br />Task 4 — Review of 60°%, 90%, and 100% <br />Design OC Streetcar Plan Sets <br />We will provide written comments for each <br />review package. Review comments will be <br />placed in a comment matrix and including <br />the following basic information: <br />• Comment Number <br />• Resolution <br />• Document <br />• Document Page <br />• Comment <br />• Date <br />20 <br />Plans received in electronic format (PDF) will <br />have comments inserted electronically with a <br />PDF Writer or as requested by the City. <br />Task 5 — Comment Consolidation with <br />City Staff <br />Kimley-Horn will attend an internal comment <br />review meeting with the City. At the meeting, <br />we will work with City staff to consolidate <br />design review comments that will be <br />forwarded to the OCTA design team. <br />Task 6 -- Comment Resolution Meetings <br />Kimley-Horn will attend comment resolution <br />meetings with the City (internally and <br />externally) on an as -needed basis to assist in <br />resolving design conflicts. <br />Task 7 -• Project Management <br />We will provide project management to <br />accomplish the above stated scope of <br />services. It will encompass communicating <br />with designated City staff (via phone, email, <br />etc.) to provide coordination between City <br />staff and Kimley-Horn staff. <br />Assumptions <br />Review of plans and materials submitted will <br />be based on approved City standards as of <br />August 1, 2015 per Cooperative Agreement <br />unless directed otherwise by the City. <br />Per the Cooperative agreement the total <br />review time will be 30 days from each formal <br />review package submittal. The 30 -day period <br />begins when the City receives the submittals. <br />If multiple formal review packages are <br />prepared, the separate packages will not be <br />concurrently reviewed. <br />20B-24 <br />K[C leyoHorn <br />
