Relocation Plan for Santa Ana Arts Collective — 1666 North Main, Santa Ana, California <br />While there is no specific requirement under current Relocation Law that alternate relocation sites <br />be made available to non - residential occupants at the time of displacement, the Developer is <br />committed to making every effort to satisfactorily relocate all concerns. <br />A survey was conducted daring the months of April and May 2016 to determine the availability <br />of commercial sites in the Project area and vicinity; the following sources were utilized: <br />• Internet sources <br />• Telephone and field contact with commercial brokerages serving the area <br />A. Replacement Site Availability <br />The Project includes up to 10 non - residential uses, zoned for commercial office. The information in this Plan is a snapshot in time; the <br />commercial real estate market in Southern California is volatile and may be able to absorb the <br />relocations of all non - residential uses as long as there is available assistance and active <br />participation of non - residential use owners. <br />The Developer will provide professional consulting assistance to all displacees during the <br />relocation implementation phase to minimize any down time and loss of income for non - residential <br />use owners. <br />55A -15 <br />
