Jmf 10/31/16 <br />RESOLUTION NO.2016 -XXX <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA ADOPTING THE FY 2015/16 MEASURE M2 <br />EXPENDITURE REPORT FOR THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />§action 1. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, determines <br />and declares as follows: <br />A. Orange County Local Transportation Authority Ordinance No. 3 requires <br />local jurisdictions to adopt an annual Measure M2 Expenditure Report to <br />account for Net Revenues, developer /traffic impact fees, and funds <br />expended by local jurisdictions which satisfy the Measure M2 Maintenance <br />of Effort requirements. <br />B. The Measure M2 Expenditure Report shall include all Net Revenue fund <br />balances, interest earned, and expenditures identified by type and program <br />or project. <br />C. The Measure M2 Expenditure Report must be adopted and submitted to the <br />Orange County Transportation Authority each year within six months of the <br />end of the City's fiscal year to be eligible to receive Net Revenues as part <br />of Measure M2. <br />Section 2. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds that the <br />FY 2015/16 Measure M2 Expenditure Report, attached hereto as Exhibit 1, is in <br />conformance with the Measure M2 Expenditure Report Template provided in the <br />Renewed Measure M Eligibility Guidelines and accounts for Net Revenues, including <br />interest earned, expenditures during the fiscal year, and balances at the end of fiscal <br />year. <br />Section 3. The City Council adopts the FY 2015/16 Measure M2 <br />Expenditure Report, and directs the Executive Director of the Public Works Agency, <br />or his designee, to submit the Expenditure Report to the Orange County <br />Transportation Authority. <br />Resolution No. 20I&XXX <br />Page 2 <br />EXHIBIT 1 1 of <br />55C -3 <br />
