BANK QUALIFICATIONS <br />a. Qualified Depository. Bank must be a qualified State or National public <br />depository, as defined in California Government Code Section 53630.5 and must <br />perform its obligations under this proposal in compliance with all applicable <br />federal and California state laws and regulations, statutes and policies. <br />JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is a national banking association, organized and existing <br />under the laws of the United States pursuant to a charter issued by the Office of the <br />Comptroller of the Currency. <br />b, Federal Reserve Member, Bank must be a member of the Federal Reserve System <br />and have access to all Federal Reserve System services (e.g. check processing <br />including check 21, electronic funds transfer, safekeeping, delivery and custodial <br />services, etc,) <br />JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is member of the Federal Reserve System. <br />c. Federally dnsured. Bank must be insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance <br />Corporation and be in good standing. <br />Deposits in JPMorgan Chase are insured by the FDIC as provided by law and <br />regulation. <br />d. Capitalization.
