Notwithstanding any courtesy notifications from the Bank regarding the Customer's impending Certificate <br />expiration, the Customer acknowledges that it is the Customer's sole responsibility to update the Certificate prior to its expiration date. The <br />Bank shall have no liability for any loss or damage (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any indirect, special, punitive or consequential <br />damages or losses) arising from the Customer's failure to timely update its Certificate.
