Appropriation Adjustment, Agreement for OC Streetcar Design Support, and Amendment to the <br />2016/17 Capital Improvement Program <br />December 6, 2016 <br />Page 3 <br />Three proposals were received and evaluated by a review committee from the Public Works <br />Agency.
