The City <br />Engineer has received Final Parcel Map No. 2016 -103 (City Tract Map No. 2016 -02), for 2740 <br />South Bristol Street (Exhibit 1), from the current owner, 2740 Bristol, L.P., a California limited <br />partnership, and Asiam, LLC, a California limited liability company, and is in the process of <br />reviewing the map for final approval. <br />On October 18, 2016, Council approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 2016 -103 which subdivides a <br />parcel into two commercial lots located in the Planned Shopping Center (C -4) zoning district. <br />Pursuant to Section 34 -183 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the City Engineer shall approve or <br />disapprove this map within 10 days after the Council meeting of December 6, 2016. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal No. 3 Economic Development, <br />Objective No. 2 (create new opportunities for business /job growth and encourage private <br />development through new General Plan and Zoning Ordinance policies). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is1�no fiscal i pact associated with this action. <br />FredlMousavipour " <br />Exe tive Director <br />Public Works Agency <br />Exhibit 1: Map <br />17A -1 <br />
