The City Engineer has <br />received Final Tract Map No. 17715 (City Tract Map No. 2015-04) for 4010 West McFadden Avenue <br />(Exhibit 1) from the current owner, Habitat for Humanity of Orange County, Inc., Non -Profit Public <br />Religious, and is in the process of reviewing the map for final approval. <br />This subdivision is approved for condominium, single-family residential development of five units. The <br />Tentative Tract Map No. 17962 was approved by the City Council on January 19, 2016.
