Any proper or reasonable revisions will be <br />incorporated into the traffic study in order to be fully responsive to the scope of services. Reasonable <br />revisions include any corrections to the report within the general scope of work, but exclude any traffic <br />data collection or analysis at any locations, except as specified in our proposal. <br />TASK 6 —ATTENDANCE AT MEETINGS <br />In addition to the kick-off meeting under Task I, KOA will attend these meetings: <br />• Three progress meetings with City staff <br />• One Planning Commission General Plan & Zoning Subcommittee Meeting or Study Session <br />• One Planning Commission Hearing <br />• One City Council Hearing <br />11 <br />25E-15 <br />
