DECLARE THE CITY OF SANTA ANA A SANCTUARY FOR ALL ITS <br />RESIDENTS, REGARDLESS OF THEIR IMMIGRATION STATUS <br />{STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, 6F) - City Manager's Office <br />Councilmember Reyna, thanked Benavides for bringing matter forward; <br />supports item; noted that fear is real although tangible consequences are not <br />clear. <br />Councilmember Tinajero, spirit of the law is that you represent the area in <br />which you run; proposed adopting resolution and set as an ordinance at the <br />following meeting and hold all councilmembers accountable to the community <br />and protect the rights of all.
