Notify Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) that the City, per <br />the terms of the existing agreement, will be reducing the ICE <br />detainees to a maximum capacity of 128. This action would result in <br />the closure of one module. After the reduction in revenue and <br />decreased cost, the annual net revenue loss is $663,743. <br />2. Continue the practice of hiring part-time correctional officers per the <br />jail operations phase out plan as previously agreed upon with the <br />Santa Ana Police Officers Association in 2014. <br />3. Continue to negotiate with the Santa Ana Police Officers Association <br />on retirement incentives. <br />4.
