These payments will not reduce the limits of insurance. <br />SECTION II -WHO IS AN INSURED <br />If you are designated in the Declarations as: <br />1. An individual, you and your spouse are insureds, but only with respect to the conduct of a business of <br />which you are sole owner. <br />2. A partnership or joint venture, you are an insured. Your members, your partners and their spouses are <br />also insureds, but only with respect to the conduct of your business. <br />3. A limited liability company, you are an insured. Your members are also insureds, but only with respect <br />to the conduct of your business. Your managers are insureds, but only with respect to their duties as <br />your managers. <br />4. A trust, you are an insured. Your trustees are also insureds, but only with respect to their duties as <br />trustees. <br />S. An organization other than a partnership, joint venture, limited liability company or trust you are an <br />insured. Your executive officers and directors are insureds, but only with respect to their duties as your <br />officers or directors. Your stockholders are also insureds, but only with respect to their liability as <br />stockholders. <br />6. Your employees are insureds but only for acts within the scope of their employment by you or while per- <br />forming duties related to the conduct of your business. <br />7. A trust, you are an insured. Your trustees are also insureds, but only with respect to their duties as <br />trustees. <br />8. Your "volunteer workers" and your employees are insureds but only for acts within the scope of their <br />employment for you or while performing duties related to the conduct of your business. <br />SECTION III - LIMITS OF INSURANCE <br />1. The Limits of Insurance shown in the Schedule of this Coverage Part and the rules belowfix the most we <br />will pay regardless of the number of: <br />a. Insureds; <br />b. "Claims" made or "suits" brought; or <br />c. Persons or organizations making "claims" or bringing "suits." <br />2. The Aggregate Limit is the most we will pay for all "damages" because of an "error or omission" under <br />this insurance regardless of the number of "claims" <br />3. Subject to the Aggregate Limit, the Each Claim Limit is the most we will pay for all "damages" arising out <br />of any one "claim." <br />The Limits of Insurance of this Coverage Part apply separately to each consecutive annual period and to <br />any remaining period of less than twelve (12) months, starting with the beginning of the policy period shown <br />in the Declarations, unless the policy period is extended after issuance for an additional period of less than <br />twelve (12) months.
