They involve multiple agencies, organizations, <br />Participants (#), <br />and jurisdictions and validate manyfacets of preparedness. FSEs often <br />Facilitation, Hours, <br />include many players operating under cooperative systems such as the <br />Materials, <br />Full-scale <br />Incident Command System (ICS) or Unified Command.
