Describe the level of detail available on the information reporting service for <br />each type of wire transfer service offered. <br />The following information is provided on incoming and outgoing wire transfers <br />on both a previous -day and current -day basis: <br />• Dollar amount <br />• Unique bank reference number <br />• Client reference (the City's reference) number <br />• FED /CHIPS reference number <br />• Received from party (incoming) <br />• By order party (outgoing) <br />• <br />Paid to party <br />• Beneficiary information (if available) <br />• Unique location identifier (ULID) (if available) <br />• Date and time of receipt of wire instruction <br />• Straight - through or repair indicator <br />6. Can reports be custom - tailored for the end -user? <br />The City can create and save customized reports through a set of filter criteria, <br />e.g., date range, accounts, reference numbers, check numbers, transaction types, <br />etc. Users can: <br />• Run, view and modify all customized reports quickly and easily <br />• View reports online or export them to Adobe PDF or Microsoft Excel <br />formats. Most reports can be exported into CSV, BAI2 or SWIFT <br />MT942/MT940 files. <br />• Schedule online reports for automatic generation. Once reports are run, <br />users can retrieve them through their Report Inbox. <br />• Allow users to share a customized report, where one user can run a copy <br />according to their schedule. A copy of the shared report will appear in the <br />recipient's Reports Inbox, with an icon indicating it has been shared with <br />them.
