When data entry is complete, the City's checks are encoded and funds availability is <br />assigned. Data files are prepared according to your specifications and uploaded to your <br />accounts receivables system. Checks are expedited to maximize the amount of same -day <br />deposit into your account. <br />The City can access your images and data directly from your desktop, in real time via the <br />Internet through our advanced Receivables Edge browser. For those clients with an in -house image <br />system, receiving a daily file of images and an associated index file that is then <br />incorporated into their internal system has made the image transmission method a <br />better alternative. <br />As part of our development roadmap, J.P. Morgan is in the process of developing single <br />use account (SUA) capability on the smartdata platform. This product has been designed <br />to provide virtual card issuing capability for the U.S, and Canada and is expected to roll <br />out by late 2o 16. <br />Page 105 s <br />
