BANK QUALIFICATIONS <br />a. Qualified Depository. Bank must be a qualified State or National public <br />depository, as defined in California Government Code Section 53630.5 and must <br />perform its obligations under this proposal in compliance with all applicable <br />federal and California state laws and regulations, statutes and policies. <br />JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is a national banking association, organized and existing <br />under the laws of the United States pursuant to a charter issued by the Office of the <br />Comptroller of the Currency. <br />b. _Federal Reserve Member.
