As of June 30, 2016 and December 31, 2015, JPMorgan Chase & Co. and all of its <br />banking subsidiaries were well - capitalized and met all capital requirements to <br />which each was subject. <br />g. Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). Bank must be in compliance and in good <br />standing with the Community Reinvestment Act. Provide the Bank's CRA rating. <br />As a leader in financial services, J.P. Morgan Chase, N.A. has always viewed <br />corporate responsibility as a key component of our culture, and we take our role in <br />leading the way forward seriously. JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. receives a rating from <br />the CRA Examinations once every three to four years. <br />The most recent CRA examination completed by the Office of the Comptroller of the <br />Currency (OCC), as of December 31, 2010, resulted in an overall Satisfactory <br />rating. In addition to the overall bank rating, each state receives a separate rating. <br />JPMC was rated Outstanding for its CRA activities in the State of California. We recognize the overall importance of managing our business <br />responsibly and have built a culture around "doing the right thing" in our dealings <br />with clients and communities. <br />h. Involvement with City Sponsored Programs. Bank shall demonstrate that it <br />meets, or its willingness to meet, council policy established in 1979, quoted as <br />fol lows: "Council policy shall be to require banks to participate in, or to support <br />City sponsored programs for community improvement in order to receive City <br />demand deposit accounts and to remain on the City's depository list. " Describe in <br />detail, current or proposed participation on specific projects and community <br />involvement activity in the City of Santa Ana. <br />Since our founding more than 200 years ago, JPMorgan Chase has been a leader in <br />our communities and we continue to deploy our resources at a local level. <br />We have provided the following overview of our activities that support the <br />community of Santa Ana and its constituents. <br />• As of September 2o16, JPMorgan Chase & Co. employed 72 employees in <br />Santa Ana and we have 137 employees living in the City. We serve <br />approximately 72,887 consumers and more than 4,429 small businesses <br />in Santa Ana through 4 banking centers and 19 ATMs. <br />• In 2014 and 2015, 27 Santa Ana -based JPMC employees volunteered <br />167.5 hours of their time in the community. <br />JY Morgan <br />
