To fully represent the existence and currency of JPMC's <br />Insurance, we have arranged for our insurance broker to provide you with an Evidence of <br />Coverage (EOC), which can be viewed and printed from the following website: <br />https: itaon line,aon.com <br />using log in User Name EOCJPMC -Liab and Password Jpmc2279 (please note the password is <br />case sensitive). <br />As you will note, the EOC confirms that the following provisions are part of JPMC's <br />Commercial General Liability insurance policy and that our service, lease or customer <br />agreement obligations extend coverage to protect other interests have been satisfied: <br />A. Blanket Additional Insured where required <br />B. Coverages are primary and non - contributory where required <br />C. Blanket Contractual Liability <br />D. Host Liquor Liability is included in the General Liability policy <br />E. Waiver of subrogation is Included where required <br />F. The Clients, Landlord, Landlords Agent(s), Landlords Lender(s), Ground <br />Lessor(s), and any other party as required by the signed service, lease, or <br />customer agreement are listed as additional insured as their interests may <br />appear and when applicable. <br />The existence of more than one Insured or other interests shall not serve to increase the <br />limits of liability of the policy. <br />Thank you. <br />
