C. Financial Banking Institution Profile <br />Bank Overview - General overview of Bank, customer service philosophy. Describe how <br />you measure and evaluate the quality of your services. <br />1. Provide the number of years of operation and a detailed description of the legal <br />relationship between the local offices /affiliates and the home office or parent. <br />2. Provide Bank's curent long -term debt rating (Moody's /S &P /Fitch) and current <br />capitalization (defined as combined capital, less borrowed capital and surplus). <br />3. Provide a report /statement indicating system downtime for the past year, including <br />how many hours and types of services that were affected. How were these problems <br />communicated to the clients? <br />4. Provide the number of branches within the City of Santa Ana, and the nearest full <br />service branch that can assist City with its immediate banking needs. <br />S. Decribe any short -term plans to enhance services that may improve the City's <br />banking and cash management efficiency. <br />Relationship Management - This section of the proposal must include a fully - completed <br />copy of the Summary Sheet included with this RFP (Attachment 4). <br />1. Provide names, titles, telephone numbers, fax numbers, and e-mail addresses, and <br />provide brief biographies of Bank relationship management personnel. Identify <br />primary and secondary representatives assigned to the City's accounts. Describe <br />what each person's role and responsibilites will be. <br />2. Provide resumes of the Management Contact with the City and the Project Manager. <br />3. Describe how the Bank plans to handle problem resolution, customer service, day -to- <br />day contact, and ongoing maintenance for the City of Santa Ana. Describe the <br />Bank's organizational structure as it relates to governmental clients and any other <br />information that will be helpful in understanding the Bank's internal relationships. <br />D. Allocation of Resources <br />Provide a conceptual plan for services to the City that your Bank believes are appropriate <br />for the City. Indicate features, skills and /or services which distinguish your firm and make <br />it the better choice for the City. Indicate how the resources of your Bank (e.g., number and <br />type of personnel allocated by hours) will be allotted for this project. Submittal of a <br />project schedule is required as part of the Allocation of Resources. <br />E. Bank Compensation (Fees) <br />Submit your Bank's pricing proposal indicating all fees that would be charged to the City. <br />Fee proposals must be submitted using the City's format to be considered in the selection <br />process.
