This is an ongoing requirement and the provision of services pursuant to <br />this Proposal and any additional products or services that maybe requested is subject to <br />and conditioned upon the ongoing satisfaction of these policies and procedures and <br />compliance by the District with applicable law with respect to the services provided and <br />with J.P. Morgan's policies of which the City is informed. <br />1.
