ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the recommended actions are exempt from further review. Categorical Exemption Environmental Review Nos. 2016 -160 & 2016 -161 were filed for these projects. Additionally, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act, the State of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has determined that the projects are categorically excluded from further review. FISCAL IMPACT As indicated in the Cost Analysis (Exhibit 4), the estimated total construction delivery cost of the project is $3,500,000, which includes construction, contract administration, inspection, testing, surveying, and contingencies. $1,250,000 is available in the Measure M2 Street Construction Fund (Account No. 03217662- 66220, Project No. 15 -6840) and $500,000 is available in the Select Street Construction Fund (Account No. 05917660- 66220, Project No. 15 -6840) for Warner Avenue. $1,250,000 is available in the Measure M2 Street Construction Fund (Account No. 03217662 - 66220, Project No. 16 -6858) and $500,000 is available in the Select Street Construction Fund (Account No. 05917660 - 66220, Project No. 16 -6858) for First Street.
