Agreement with Lidgard and Associates, Inc. <br />January 17, 2017 <br />Page 2 <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item assists the City in meeting Goal #3 — Economic Development, Objective #5 <br />(leverage private investment that results in tax base expansion and job creation citywide), <br />Strategy A (identify and market underutilized properties (city and non -city owned) for new <br />development that will create new jobs and expand the City's tax base). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds in the amount of $10,000 are available in the Economic Development, Contract Services - <br />Professional account (no. 01118810- 62300) for possible expenditure in FY 2016 -17. The <br />remaining $20,000 will be budgeted in the various program budgets for FY 2017 -18 and FY <br />2018 -19. <br />Robert C.
