Section 3. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby authorizes and <br />directs the City Attorney's Office to prepare and authorizes the City Manager to enter <br />into reimbursement agreements for equipment, services, or training with the County of <br />Orange and any of the cities located in the designated Anaheim /Santa Ana Urban Area <br />for use of the FY 2017 UASI grant funds, <br />Section 4.
