Test Administration Agreement, page 10 <br />City of Santa Ana MOU <br />d) ETS will invoice the Test Center on a monthly basis for tests scored. Payment <br />terms are net 30 days. <br />General Payment and refund policies are as follows: <br />a) All fees are paid in U.S. dollars. <br />b) Taxes must be included where acceptable. <br />c) Refunds will be made in U.S. dollars. <br />d) Services may be withheld for non-payment of fees. <br />e) ETS reserves the right to add or remove criteria regarding online payment <br />methods at its own discretion and without notice. <br />
