State of California, with zip code 92704, as outlined on Exhibit A attached hereto <br />( "Premises "), deemed to be approximately 989 rentahle square feet of floor area, In addition to Lessee's rights to use and occupy the <br />Premises as hereinafter specified, Lessee shall have non- exolusive rights to use the Common Areas (as defined in Paragraph 17 below) <br />as hereinafter specified, but shall not have any rights to the roof, exterior walls or utility raceways of the building containing thePremises <br />( "Building ") or to any other buildings in the Shopping Center.
