Warranty & Maintenance Support Version 8.1 Guidelines & Options <br />4.3.2.4 SPECIAL NOTE #2 <br />Priority 2 - Urgent Priority issues, meeting the previously noted criteria, are defined as follows: <br />4.3.2.4.1 Records, Field Based Reporting, Jail Records, Fire Records, Web Query <br />Records users are severely impacted due to one of the following conditions: <br />a. Unable to run a Warrant Check <br />b. Jail Headcount is off. <br />c. Training environment is down and client is actively conducting a training class with <br />several students. <br />d. No additional users can log on to WebQuery. <br />e. Inability to run Name or Location searches. <br />f. Inability to run CAD Queries. <br />g. An error which prevents users from completing their normal business function for <br />which no reasonable workaround exists. <br />h. Data corruption issues that prevent processing of inmates or reports, but not including <br />general data cleanup. <br />i. Inoperable external interfaces such as Livescan, Mugshot, Commissary, for which no <br />reasonable workaround exists. <br />j. Individual workstation or user issues only if no alternate means of completing the <br />work exist (i.e — another user or workstation is available). <br />Tiburon, Inc.
