Categorical Exemption Environmental Review No. 2016 -153 was <br />filed for this project, and a Certification of Categorical Exclusion and Statutory Worksheet has <br />been prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />As indicated in the Cost Analysis (Exhibit 4), the estimated total construction delivery cost of this <br />project is $133,900, which includes construction, contract administration, inspection, testing and <br />an authorized contingency of $52,136.
