XI. Recordation <br />The Developer and the City agree to permit recordation of this Inclusionary <br />Housing Agreement, against the Property in the Office of the County Recorder of <br />Orange County, California. The legal description for the Property is provided in <br />Exhibit 1 to this Inclusionary Housing Agreement, <br />XII. Termination <br />Except as set forth elsewhere, this Inclusionary Housing Agreement shall be <br />terminated after Developer's payment of all required in -lieu fees to City. <br />Upon the termination of this Inclusionary Housing Agreement, following <br />Developer's tender and City's receipt of the final inclusionary housing In Lieu Fee <br />payment for the final Project phase, the Developer shall have no further <br />obligations or liability hereunder.
