A copy of each notice sent is <br />associated with each citation so City Personnel never need to request a copy of a letter <br />sent on its behalf <br />In addition to the above - mentioned fields, our Solution also displays all Adjudication <br />Letters via hyporlinks so City Personnel can see the actual disposition letters and hearing <br />schedule letters sent on its behalf. <br />�! Data Entry of Handwritten Citations — Data Ticket electronically scans all hand written <br />citations so they can be easily located should our clients ever request a copy, This exceeds <br />the City's 2 year requirement for storing such citations. <br />rb Automated Transfer I Upload — Our Solution utilizes either a data plan to transmit citations <br />or the City's secure wi•fi. In either case, citations and their corresponding videos, voice <br />recordings and pictures are uploaded automatically without any human intervention on Data <br />Ticket's side and, depending on the method of transmission selected by the City, with or <br />without the Officer's intervention. <br />♦ Registered Owner Name Retrieval -- Our ability to obtain RO information is performed via a <br />real -time connection with CA DMV. In addition, we make a minimum of 5 attempts to obtain a <br />registered owner from all DMVs. We make multiple attempts because if a registered owner is <br />not obtained, the City is left to hope the registered owner pays off the windshield. Because no <br />notices can be sent without the registered owner Information, this leaves little opportunity for <br />collections. Your current vendor does not offer this service. <br />Out of State Registered Owner Retrieval from State DMV — In 2012, Data Ticket decided <br />to provide an additional level of service to our Clients by obtaining a strategic partner status <br />with NLETs. NLETs provides Data Ticket with out of state registered owner Information for <br />those Clients that have an FBI assigned ORI or S -ORI, your current vendor does not offer <br />this service. <br />DMV Registration Holds I Releases — Our ability to place CA DMV Holds and Releases is <br />performed via real -time connections. in addition, Data Ticket makes a minimum of 5 attempts <br />to place a DMV Hold or Release on a California DMV Registration, which increases collection <br />rates for those individuals who will pay for their citation when registering their vehicles. Your <br />current vendor does not offer this service. <br />0$ Administrative Hearings — Data Ticket provides to our Client's Hearing Officers to access <br />our Solution to enter their disposition($) directly into the Solution, saving time and costs. <br />1* Payment Processing -- Data Ticket accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American <br />Express. In addition, we offer the Lowest Single Transaction Cost for Credit Card Use — <br />Data Ticket has always charged the Public a single transaction fee, regardless of the number <br />of citations paid in a single transaction. This is not the case with other vendors who charge <br />exorbitant fees for the public to pay their citations online. We charge the lowest Fee of any <br />vendor in the Industry, Including the City's current vendor. <br />Call Recording — Our Solution utilizes a call recording application records all inbound and <br />outbound customer service calls as digital recordings that can then either be emailed or <br />placed on any form of media to be sent to our Clients. <br />FTB Collections - Data Ticket offers the most comprehensive California Franchise Tax <br />Board interface for the Interagency Intercept Program for advanced collections in the Industry <br />and has done so for the last 16 years. <br />4 Staff Availability . Data Ticket also makes available to our Clients our data entry manager <br />and data entry lead, our customer service manager, our complete adjudication department, <br />our complete operations department, our complete accounting department and our complete <br />IT department. Of course, should the City prefer to work through a single point of contact with <br />a supplemental point of contact, we can accommodate that as well.
