HISTORIC RESOURCES COMMISSION APPLICATION NO. 2016-22, HISTORIC <br />REGISTER CATEGORIZATION NO. 2016-21, AND HISTORIC PROPERTY <br />PRESERVATION AGREEMENT NO. 2016-20 <br />Filed by Robyn MacNair to allow the placement and categorization in the Santa Ana <br />Register of Historical Properties as Contributive for the property located at 1123 North <br />Olive Street (Urbine House) and to execute a Mills Act agreement with the City of Santa <br />Ana. Chairperson Christy opened the public hearing. The applicant spoke in support of <br />the recommended action. Written communication received from Tom Lutz of the <br />Washington Square Neighborhood Association in support of the recommended action. <br />There were no other speakers and the hearing was closed. <br />Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on October 28, 2016 and notices <br />mailed October 27, 2016. <br />MOTION: <br />1. Adopt a resolution approving Historic Resources Commission Application <br />No. 2016-22 and Historic Register Categorization No. 2016-21. <br />2.
