WORK MAY PROCEED <br />UNI IL INSI)RANCE EXPIRES <br />A-2016-287 <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />DATE: I -- t ) -1 O <br />SIXTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR <br />PROVISION OF SECURITY GUARD SERVICES <br />THIS SIXTH AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is made and entered into on <br />October 4, 2016 by and between G4S Secure Solutions, Inc. ("Contractor"), and the City of Santa Ana, a <br />charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the <br />State of California ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered into an Agreement for Provision of Security Guard Services #A-2011-122, <br />dated May 2, 2011 ("Agreement'), by which Contractor agreed to perform security services at <br />various City facilities. <br />B. The parties have executed five amendments to the Agreement, #A-2011-122-01, #A-2014- <br />116, #A-2014-215, #A-2015-254, and #A-2016-200, respectively, through which the scope of <br />services, compensation, and term have been amended. <br />C. The current term of the Agreement continues through May 31, 2017 and remains unchanged by <br />this Sixth Amendment. <br />D. The parties again wish to amend the Agreement to increase the scope of services and total <br />annual compensation to be expended under the Agreement in support of the increased scope <br />of services. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1. Section 1, Scope of Services, is further amended to add new services at City Hall and the Ross <br />Annex. The entire scope of services for the remainder of the Agreement, including all new and <br />existing services, is attached hereto as Exhibit 1. The security staffing plan is attached as Exhibit 2. <br />2. Section 2, Compensation, is farther amended so that the total annual compensation shall not exceed <br />$1,014,024.52, as depicted on Exhibit 3. <br />3. Except as modified by this Sixth Amendment, and all prior amendments, all terms and conditions of <br />the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Sixth Amendment to the Agreement on <br />the date and year first written above. <br />ATTEST CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />0- t. <br />MARIA D.
