PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />AMENDMENT OF CANCELLATION PROVISIONS <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />BUSINESS AUTO COVERAGE FORM <br />MOTOR CARRIER COVERAGE FORM <br />GARAGE COVERAGE FORM <br />With respect to coverage provided by this endorsement, the provisions of the policy apply unless modified by this endorsement. <br />Any term or provision of the Cancellation Conditions of the policy or any endorsement emending or replacing such Conditions is <br />amended by the following: <br />If you have agreed in a written contract or written agreement to provide a person or organization notice of cancellation we <br />agree to the following: <br />a. Provide a 30 days prior written cancellation notice to such persons or organization for reasons other than <br />nonpayment of premium, but only if we are provided with a schedule of persons or organizations with whom <br />you have agreed to provide notification more than 30 days before the cancellation is to take effect. <br />As a condition of this endorsement, you must notify your agent of any written contract or agreement where you have agreed to <br />provide notice of cancellation, other than nonpayment of premium, to a specific person or organization. <br />Failure to provide to a person or organization in accordance with the terms of this endorsement shall not extend the effective <br />date of the cancellation or otherwise affect cancellation of the policy as to any insured. <br />CA 88 76 0314 Q 2013 Liberty Mutual Insurance.
