Street lighting (lumens, brightness) will be upgraded and possibly include bullet shield covers of public <br />right of way areas in neighborhood initiative communities. <br />b. The project will benefit the low -to moderate -income communities in neighborhood initiative areas and <br />in CDBG-eligible communities by enhancing safety measures for lighting to encourage healthy, safe and <br />walkable neighborhoods <br />c. Intended service area include the Santa Anita, Lacy, and Cedar Evergreen neighborhood initiatives <br />areas. <br />d. July 1 2016 -September 1, 2016: Coordination with Public Works Agency and Neighborhood <br />Associations regarding neighborhood lighting. <br />August 1, 2016 - Janucry 31, 2017: Work orders with Southern California Edison and upgrades in <br />progress. <br />February 1, 2017 - April 1, 2017: Project Completed <br />Exhibit A <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
