23. Discrimination means the unlawful treat- <br />ment of a person or class of persons be- <br />cause of their specific race, color, religion, <br />gender, age, or national origin in com- <br />parison to one or more persons who are <br />not members of the specified class. <br />C. SECTION I - COVERAGES, COVERAGE <br />B PERSONAL AND ADVERTISING IN- <br />JURY LIABILITY, 2. Exclusions, the fol- <br />lowing are added: <br />q. Discrimination directly or indirectly re- <br />lated to the past employment, employ- <br />ment or prospective employment of any <br />person or class of persons by any insured; <br />r. Discrimination directly or indirectly re- <br />lated to the sale, rental, lease or sublease <br />or prospective sale, rental, lease or sub- <br />lease of any dwelling or permanent lodg- <br />ing by or at the direction of any insured; <br />s. Discrimination, if insurance thereof is <br />prohibited by law; or <br />t.
