Any Party may change its address for notice by giving <br />notice to the other Party in accordance with this Section 9.9. <br />9.10 Limitation on Liability. Buyer expressly agrees that the obligations and <br />liabilities of SCE under this Agreement and any document referenced herein shall <br />not constitute personal obligations of the officers, directors, employees, agents, <br />affiliates, members, representatives, stockholders or other principals or <br />representatives of SCE. SCE expressly agrees that the obligations and liabilities <br />of Buyer under this Agreement and any document referenced herein shall not <br />constitute personal obligations of the officers, directors, employees, agents, <br />affiliates, members, representatives, stockholders or other principals or <br />representatives of Buyer. The limitations contained in this Section 9.10 shall <br />survive the termination of this Agreement. <br />9.11 Exhibits. In the event any dispute arises concerning the enforcement <br />and/or interpretation of this Agreement, the Parties agree to attempt initially to <br />settle such claims or disputes in good faith between themselves.
