At its regular meeting on December 28, 2016, by a vote of 7-0 the Community Redevelopment and Housing Commission recommended that the City Council and Housing Authority approve the recommended actions. MOTION: 1. Certify Jamboree Housing Corporation, American Family Housing and Mercy House as Community Housing Development Organizations and place these entities on the Approved List of Community Housing Development Organizations as prequalified to apply for a set-aside of up to $504,550 in HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds for up to a three-year term from March 1, 2017 to February 29, 2020. 2.
