Confidential information <br />contained in this document is noted on each applicable page or image. Serious and <br />irreparable competitive disadvantage in future procurements could result from the <br />release of any confidential information contained in this proposal. Please notify us <br />immediately, in writing if there is a request for disclosure of any confidential information <br />so that Data Ticket will have an opportunity to participate in any disclosure discussions. <br />The following data, furnished in connection with this solicitation, shall not be disclosed <br />except to those who are directly involved with the evaluation within the City and shall not <br />be duplicated, used or disclosed in whole or in part for any purpose other than to <br />evaluate the proposal provided. If a contract is awarded to this offer or in connection with <br />the submission of this data, the City shall have the right to duplicate, use or disclose the <br />data to the extent provided in the contract. This restriction does not limit the City's right <br />to use information contained in the data, unless it is obtained under proper authorization <br />from another source without restriction. <br />
