We will work with the City's current vendor to convert the data into our <br />system in a timely manner. <br />Training <br />Training of City Staff, is extremely important in order to gain full acceptance of the Solution. We <br />have provided a high level over -view of the on -site training at the City's location for all users of <br />the Solution. This overview will be customized to meet the City's exact needs. <br />Our Project Manager and the City's designated representative will agree on the logistics required <br />of the training to be performed. Specifically, we will identify the number of individuals who will <br />require training, the types or groups of individuals who will require training and the type of <br />training required. For example, Finance may require training on a subset of the reports offered, <br />while the Officers may require training on a different subset of the reports offered.
