The City may continue to use those handhelds and printers or the <br />City may opt to use new handhelds. Below we have provided the City with a few options for how <br />to proceed with either new handheld units or the existing handheld units: <br />Option 1: <br />Continue using the existing handheld ticket writers and printers, as well as the existing citation <br />issuance software. <br />This option will cost the City nothing. Data Ticket will write a download program to import the <br />citations into our Solution at no cost to the City. <br />L)12tion 2: <br />Continue using the existing handheld ticket writers and printers; however, discontinue the use of <br />the City's existing vendor's handheld issuance software and switch to Data Ticket's handheld <br />citation issuance software. <br />This option will cost the City the annual license fee of $300.00 per unit for the 1st year and <br />a fee of $150.00 per unit for the 2"6 and each subsequent year. <br />Additionally, the City will be charged $5.00 per unit per month for software upgrades, <br />enhancements and support. <br />Option 3: <br />Purchase or lease new handheld devices and printers and use Data Ticket's citation issuance <br />software on the devices. <br />Item <br />Samsung Galaxy or Similar <br />Device & TSC 3" Printer <br />N5 Print 1 Piece Android Based <br />Solution <br />3 Year Lease Price <br />$50.00 / per month <br />$80.00 ! per month <br />Purchase Price <br />$1,300.00 <br />$2,700.00 <br />Additionally, the annual license fee of $300.00 per unit for the 1st year and a fee of $150.00 <br />per unit for the 2"" and each subsequent year will be charged. <br />Finally, software and hardware maintenance fees of $25.00 per unit per month will be <br />charged. <br />Training Included <br />Onsite training at the City's preferred location will be provided free of charge for both the <br />handheld ticket writer training and the system training. Training typically takes place over the <br />course of a few hours and will be customized to meet the City's requirements. <br />Wireless Services Actual Cost <br />If the City elects to utilize a wireless cell plan by which to transmit citations, Data Ticket will pass <br />the cost of the cell plan directly from the wireless vendor. <br />Proprietary and Confidential to Data Ticket, Inc. 26 P a g e <br />
