(d) The terms of this ordinance shall be included, by reference, in all <br />future Waste Disposal Services contracts entered into by the City, and all future <br />Waste Services Providers shall include the terms of this ordinance, by reference, <br />in all contracts or subcontracts which the Waste Services Provider may enter into <br />involving Waste Disposal Services. <br />Section 5. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of <br />this ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision <br />of any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the <br />remaining portions of this ordinance.
