One letter dated April 14, 1977 was <br /> signed by Mrs . Thomas G . Schauwecker, President of the San Juan <br /> Capistrano Historical Society, and favored County use of the <br /> property. The second letter dated April 20 , 1977 was signed by <br /> Florence M. Winkler, President of the Santa Ana Historical Preser- <br /> vation Society, and suggested the building be shared by the City <br /> and the County, possibly as an information office .
