One letter dated April 14, 1977 was <br /> signed by Mrs . Thomas G . Schauwecker, President of the San Juan <br /> Capistrano Historical Society, and favored County use of the <br /> property. The second letter dated April 20 , 1977 was signed by <br /> Florence M. Winkler, President of the Santa Ana Historical Preser- <br /> vation Society, and suggested the building be shared by the City <br /> and the County, possibly as an information office . CA 85 . 1f <br /> AGENDA ORDER Discussion of the Orange <br /> LEAGUE OF CITIES BUDGET County Division, League <br /> POSTPONED TO EVENING AGENDA of Cities Budget was post- <br /> poned until the arrival <br /> of Councilman Bricken, on the unanimously carried 5 : 0 motion of <br /> Councilman Yamamoto, seconded by Councilman Garthe. <br /> Prior to the above motion, Councilman Brandt stated that it <br /> seems to be the feeling of League representatives that the. <br /> three cent per capita assessment is excessive , and that it was , <br /> CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 145 MAY 2, 1977 <br />
