RESOLUTION 72-8 AMENDING SECTION 3 OF <br />RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 BY DELETING THE <br />CLASS TITLE OF SANITATION INSPECTOR AND <br /> ADDING THE CLASSES OF SANITATION INSPECTOR <br />I AND SANITATION INSPECTOR II <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 3, 1958, the City Council passed and adopted <br />Resolution No. 58-281, revising and re-establishing the Basic Compensation <br />Plan for employees of the City of Santa Aha; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to modify the list of class titles contained <br />in said Resolution No. 58-281, as amended. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the following class title be <br />deleted from Section 3 of Resolution No. 58-281, as amended: <br /> <br />Class Title <br /> <br />Salary Ranse No. <br /> <br />Sanitation Inspector <br /> <br />and the following class titles with salary range number as set opposite, sub- <br />stituted therefor, in proper alphabetical sequence: <br /> <br />Sanitation Inspector I <br />Sanitation Inspector II <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this amendment shall take effect on <br />.lanuarv 3 , 1972. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its <br />regular meeting held on the 3 .day of January , 1972. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
