The City has not made a determination as to the ownership of the Fixtures and Equipment (F&E). Landlord and <br />tenant will need to come to an agreement as to the ownership of these items, before compensation can be <br />withdrawn from Escrow. Please see the attached Full Acquisition Offset Statement as to how the F&E compensatio <br />is to be distributed In the event that Landlord and Tenant are not able to agree as to the division of F&E <br />compensation Escrow is instructed to withhold these funds from payment to Landlord ("Seller"} until said agreemer <br />�s been deposited with ro <br />escw or otherwise hold said funds on deposit. <br />z.
