SCHEDULE B-1 <br />GRANT No. PS1716 <br />SUB BUDGET: PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE SAFETY EDUCATION <br />BUDGET NARRATIVE Page 1 <br />PERSONNEL COSTS <br />Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety Education- The City of Santa Ana will contract with a local community <br />organization to provide the following: <br />• Instructional services to teach Traffic Skills 101 courses and coach a seminar <br />• Develop and produce all marketing/outreach materials <br />• Procure all equipment including helmets and lights <br />• Organize team volunteers for Operation Lights Alive events <br />TRAVEL EXPENSE <br />NONE <br />CONTRACTUAL SERVICES <br />None <br />EQUIPMENT <br />None <br />OTHER DIRECT COSTS <br />1000 Bicycle Helmet(s) - helmets to be distributed during bicycle rodeos and other bicycle safety related <br />events. <br />Bicycle Safety Equipment — safety equipment such as bicycle headlights/taillights, reflectors, and <br />reflective arm and leg bands to be distributed during bicycle rodeos and other bicycle safety related <br />events. <br />Printing/Duplication - costs include the purchase of paper, production, printing and/or duplication of <br />materials associated with daily grant operations. <br />INDIRECT COSTS <br />None <br />PROGRAM INCOME <br />There will be no program income generated from this grant. <br />OTS-38f (Rev. 4/16) <br />
