by CONTRACTOR, for any reason, including a strike of CONTRACTOR' S <br /> employees , the notice shall continue in effect with respect to <br /> refuse originating thereafter as long as the omission continues . <br /> In addition to any other lawful means of effecting reimbursement <br /> from the CONTRACTOR, such expenses may be deducted by the CITY <br /> from money due or which may become due the CONTRACTOR. In addition, <br /> CONTRACTOR shall allow CITY the use, without charge , of any of <br /> CONTRACTOR' S collection vehicles , containers , and other equipment <br /> not then in actual use by CONTRACTOR which CITY shall deem necessary <br /> to provide collection and/or disposal services pursuant to this <br /> section. The right of the CITY to enter upon and use facilities <br /> and equipment as specified herein shall extend for a period of <br /> ninety ( 90 ) days. <br /> 11 . Default : <br /> (A) In the event that any party hereto shall be in <br /> material default of any term, condition or covenant hereunder, <br /> the nondefaulting party may give specific written notice of same <br /> to the designated agent of the other. The defaulting party shall <br /> have a reasonable period within which to cure or remedy such <br /> specific material items of default. Upon the failure of either <br /> party to substantially cure or remedy within a reasonable period , <br /> the nondefaulting party may cancel the Contract, after giving the <br /> defaulting party reasonable prior written notice of such cancel- <br /> lation. Upon such cancellation , all obligations of the parties <br /> under this Contract shall cease except as provided in this section <br /> 11 . <br />
