SPECIAL BIN SERVICES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> (a) The CONTRACTOR may enter into agreements with bin service <br /> customers for special collection services different from, in <br /> addition to, or greater than the minimum collection services <br /> required by this Agreement. The following special fees may be <br /> charged to bin service customers: <br /> (1) A bin which needs to be moved in excess of twenty <br /> five (25) feet in order to be emptied may be assessed the following <br /> special fees: <br /> (a) moving of bins 25 to 50 feet: $1. 00 per month <br /> times the number of times emptied each week. <br /> (b) moving of bins 51 to 75 feet: $2 . 00 per <br /> month times the number of times emptied each week. <br /> (2) A bin which possesses casters may be assessed a <br /> caster charge of $2 . 50 per bin per month. <br /> (3) CONTRACTOR may apply a surcharge to bin customers who <br /> use trash compactors of not to exceed a multiplier of 1. 5 times the <br /> normal bin rate for said service. <br /> (4) CONTRACTOR may charge a special service charge of <br /> $2 . 00 a month times the number of times a week a bin is emptied for <br /> moving a bin out of an enclosure. <br /> (5) CONTRACTOR may charge a fee of $38. 00 per bin for an <br /> additional bin pick-up when such pick-up is requested by a <br /> customer. <br /> (6) CONTRACTOR may charge a fee of $2 . 00 per month to a <br /> customer who requests a bin with a lock. <br /> (7) CONTRACTOR may charge a fee as approved by the <br /> Executive Director for six (6) cubic yard bin service. <br /> (8) CONTRACTOR may charge a fee as approved by the <br /> Executive Director for a plastic injection molded two (2) cubic <br /> yard container. <br /> (9) CONTRACTOR may charge a fee of $45. 00 per bin to <br /> persons who need temporary use of a three (3) cubic yard bin. <br /> (b) CONTRACTOR shall not be permitted to charge a special fee <br /> for moving a bin from between buildings, other than the fees <br /> permitted as set forth above.. Further, CONTRACTOR may not charge <br /> a fee when it is required to move its vehicles in reverse for <br /> purposes of emptying a bin. Circumstances not covered by any of <br /> 24 <br />
